Products & Pricing
Product Descriptions
We strive to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, as all items are handcrafted, slight variations in appearance, size, and color may occur. This is part of the charm of handmade goods!
Pricing
All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). We reserve the right to:

Product Availability
Product availability is subject to change. We make reasonable efforts to keep stock information current, but cannot guarantee availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
Orders & Payment
Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Acceptance occurs when we send you an order confirmation email.
Payment Processing
We accept payment via credit/debit cards through Stripe. Payment is processed at the time of order. Your card will be charged in NZD.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as we begin preparing your treats.
Order Modifications
Contact us immediately at kate@sweetest-batch.co.nz if you need to modify your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before production begins.
Shipping & Delivery
Detailed shipping information is available on our Shipping & Delivery page. Key points:

- check_circle Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier

Returns & Refunds
Food Safety & Quality
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of food products once they have been delivered. However, your satisfaction is important to us:

- arrow_right If products arrive in unsatisfactory condition, we will issue a refund or replacement
- arrow_right Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
Allergens & Dietary Information

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including:
